MSM (methyl sulphonyl methane)
Methylsulfonylmethane (Dimethylsulfone or, more commonly, MSM) is a small sulfur containing molecule related to DSMO which is used for its antioxidative and antiinflammatory properties. It holds potential for joint health.
Sulfur is needed to form connective tissue. MSM also seems to act as an analgesic by lessening nerve impulses that transmit pain.
